28 Weeks

Today is another big day...28 weeks! Also known as 7 months! Also known as the 3rd trimester!

And...it is October! Which means we might be having these babies NEXT month if they come around Thanksgiving. Of course, we'd be thrilled to wait until December, but realistically, we need to be ready any day in November.

Wow...where has the time gone???

Our check-up at the doctor's went well today. I'm now on the week-to-week appointment schedule, which is reassuring as we get closer to the big day. I'm still having quite a few Braxton-Hicks, but no other true signs of pre-term labor. So, I'm just trying to take it easy and stay hydrated.

"Taking it easy" is just about all I'm up to these days. I'd so love to go outside for a nice long walk every day with this amazing weather, but my body quickly reminds me that a "little bit" is good enough.

Here is a fun little comparison. I am always shocked at the pictures because I think I look so much bigger than I feel! Ha!

(And I thought I was getting "big" at 18 weeks...I can only imagine what 36 or 38 will look, and feel, like! Most of the maternity clothes are already getting pretty short and snug!)

Finally, I've posted a "trial" below to try to figure out how to upload videos. The video (if it works) is not too exciting, and if you watch it, please excuse the laundry piles on the floor, but we wanted to see how it works so that we can upload a few short videos of the boys down the road. So, here is Bandit getting adjusted to one of the strollers. He seems very excited...or not. :)
